We went from the relatively safe DDTs, hip tosses, splashes, and clotheslines into belly-to-backs, powerbombs, and many many many botched Frankensteiners. Their move set should have come with a warning label 😂

I truly believe this is the greatest tag team ever, and there were some exceptional ones in this era. It’s easy to forget how innovative and unique this style of wrestling was at the time. Most matches were really slow paced with a lot of punches and simple moves.
